Palm Springs

This summer we made it out to Palm Spring a couple times, but there were very short trips. Usually we took multiple bags of laundry to wash. Once we took 12 bags (they were small kitchen sized bags though). Savannah is so good on car trips. She usually falls asleep for an hour or so and the rest of the time she plays with her toys. When every I turn around she will shoot me big smiles.

We love going to Palm Springs. My parents love spending time with Savannah and my mom is an excellent cook. The weather was so nice all the way until June this year.

I love the drive to Palm Springs. Brian and I usually listen to a book that we got on iTunes and talk about how great life will be when school is all over. My favorite part of the trip is going through Windmill Land. I have a fun ritual that every time we pass the last windmill that I call my Dad. He always gets so excited and say, "Alright!". It makes me feel really special. My Dad is the greatest.
