Santa brought Savannah a pink tri-cycle with a BIG red bow. We had Savannah stay in her bedroom with Brian until Gammy, Papa and Uncle Matt could come over. When she came out she saw all the gifts and then saw everyone. She immediately started crying and ran back in her room. After awhile she realized it was all ok. Then she really got into opening gifts and asking for more presents. I really tried to make happy "OOOOO, wow, what is it, just what you always wanted" exclamations to really get her excited. After 4 or 5 presents she would tear the paper just a little and start saying "OOOOOOO" before she even saw the toy. It was very cute.

Gammy and Papa got her a Tiger that she can sit on, a pink cowgirl hat and pink cowgirl boots. Uncle Peter sent a baby doll with accessories. Uncle Matt got her an easel with a chalk board/White board with magnetic letters. Here cousins got them earlier and she really liked it. Matt and I quickly put it together before Savannah came out and put a big sheet over it so she could just pull it off. She immediately recognized it and said, "ABCs!!" and started putting on the letters.

The pajamas she was wearing on Christmas morning was given to her by my Aunt Caroline. They are special because they matched all my cousin's kids pajamas. Every year they wear matching pjs by from Grandma Silly (my Auntie).
Auntie Steph sent a Minnie Mouse that Savannah LOVED. Her old babysitter gave her the Mickey one so she has a set now.
After each present she wanted to keep getting back on her tiger.

This was the Christmas GAK that my Mother-in-law Jane makes. It's really called Dutch Babies but it was given that name a long time ago and it just stuck. It was my first year trying to make it, and it reminded us of a Seattle Christmas.
After opening presents all morning and eating a delicious breakfast Savannah fell asleep right away. Her nap ended up being 3 hours. All the excitement really pooped her out.
