We had crafts- This one was the Santa Claus Toilet Paper Tubes.
Of course, Mickey Mouse was there. My parent's room was Savannah's quiet place to rest.
We watched a ton of movies, including Christmas Vacation on Thanksgiving night while eating our PIE!
Savannah loves blowing kisses.
I love it when my Aunt laughs--- she gets such a huge smile.
It was a long day and Savannah was extra cuddly.
Ashlynn and my cousin Brian made all the decorations for the kids table. It was covered in butcher paper so the kids could color. They each had a place setting with their photo on a turkey.
The turkey center pieces had color pencils in them that doubled as feathers and drawing utensils.
It was REALLY cold weather for Palm Springs, but it just felt a lot more Holiday-ish.
Beckham is my cousin Lisa's youngest and was born about 5 hours after Savannah.
The beautiful Turkey my mom cooked. Yum!

We had a smoked Turkey. A member of our ward did it and Brian drove it all they way to Palm Springs. Some of the juice dripped out on his seats. His car still smells like a camp fire.
Peter was there, but he had to leave early on Friday. It really bumbed me out for a couple days.
Football was on ALL THE TIME!

The Adult table decorations (I was in charge of that part):
We took lots of family photos. Lisa is a professional photographer and she takes such great photos.

We had the THANKSGIVING OLYMPICS. Lisa had races and games for the kids and they loved it.

I was able to Auntie ready that morning. I really loved doing it, but it is really nerve racking doing someone else's hair and make-up.
We all did the Turkey Trot 5k and had a great time. There were only a couple of us that finished the entire course (there was a mix up between lap 1 and 2).
My Cousin Lisa had a lot more photos on her Thanksgiving Blog Post here.
